In 2026, we are proud to maintain our standards and be awarded another đŸ„ˆSilver Medal at the Asia-Pacific competition of the International Chocolate Awards (ICA). This recognition comes from a creation featuring a distinctly Chinese ingredient—oolong tea—bringing its unique character to the global stage.

From crafting our own white chocolate base—starting with cocoa butter, carefully blended with sugar and milk powder—to the seamless infusion of oolong tea, every step is thoughtfully considered.

We’re especially pleased to see this piece resonate internationally, while also helping to challenge the common perception of white chocolate as simply sweet and lacking depth.




In 2025, we were incredibly honored to represent New Zealand and receive a đŸ„ˆSilver Medal in the Asia-Pacific Competition of the International Chocolate Awards. As our first time participating in an international chocolate competition, this recognition has meant so much to us. It has inspired us to push our boundaries even further in pursuit of excellence.


The International Chocolate Awards (ICA) is one of the most prestigious and respected competitions in the world of fine chocolate. As an independent and globally recognized authority, the ICA celebrates the very best in craft chocolate, with a strong emphasis on quality, innovation, and ethical sourcing — values we deeply resonate with.


The competition is renowned for its rigorous judging process, which includes expert tasters, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and sensory specialists from around the world. Each entry is blind-tasted and assessed against strict criteria, making any award a true mark of distinction in the global chocolate industry.




In 2025, our chocolates won 1đŸ„‡Gold and 2đŸ„‰Bronze medals in our first year competing in the Outstanding Food Producer Awards—an incredible honor that further inspires us to push the boundaries of quality and creativity.
