Shipping policy

We offer free domestic shipping within New Zealand on all orders over $90.

Domestic Shipping — New Zealand Only

All orders are sent using tracked courier services and are carefully packed to help protect the chocolates during transit.

Processing Time

As many of our products are handmade to order, please allow:

* 1–3 business days for order processing
* Additional processing time during holidays, special events, or high-volume periods

Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday are typically dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, or over the weekend are generally dispatched the following Monday to help avoid parcels being held in courier depots over the weekend.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated courier delivery times after dispatch:

* North Island: 1–3 business days
* South Island: 2–4 business days
* Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Warm Weather & Chocolate Care

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and temperature fluctuations. While we do our best to package products carefully, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will not soften or melt during warmer weather or unexpected courier delays.

We recommend:

* Bringing parcels inside as soon as possible after delivery
* Avoiding leaving parcels in direct sunlight or warm environments
* Storing chocolates in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity

For best enjoyment, our chocolates are ideally stored between 16–18°C.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
